COMMUNICATION

We will guide you through the installation process via phone calls, texts, email, and live support, including scheduling, home preparation, and introducing you to your lead installer.

INSTALLATION

Your lead installer will review your *materials with you upon arrival to your home. After the installation and clean-up is complete, the lead installer will walk through the project with you to ensure your complete satisfaction.

To ensure a smooth and expedient installation, there are a few things you will need to do to prepare your home. Use the Pre-Installation Checklist below to make sure you are ready on installation day.

Bookcases must be empty, surfaces clear and bedding removed
